As a Chartered Professional Accountant, my Toronto-based practice focuses on providing taxation, accounting and advisory services to individuals and owner/managed businesses. Each client has unique personal and business needs. You may need a tax return, year-end financial statements or business consulting services. I will work closely with you to determine your needs and provide reliable, professional advice.

As a tax practitioner, I understand that it is critical that I remain current with the latest developments in legislation and practice. I am a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation which provides me with access to their written materials as well as attending their annual Ontario tax conference. I successfully completed the In-depth Tax Course offered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2002-2004. In addition, I co-authored a taxation textbook used in introductory college and university tax courses.

I started my career in public practice working for a mid-sized accounting firm, I resumed my career in public practice establishing my firm in 2002. While away from public practice, I had a 10-year career working for two national associations in the area of certification and testing. I managed the national examination programs for the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada and the Financial Planners Standards Council which grants the CFP designation. Although the certification and testing areas are of interest, I no longer consult in this area to focus on my tax and accounting practice.
